Double click on the IRIS icon on the desktop, or run IRIS from the IRIS program group under Windows START | Programs menu.
Log on with a user name and password which have already been set up, or create a new user account as described in the previous section.
There are several configurations you can run IRIS in:
IRIS with Event Debugging: Runs IRIS stand alone application with event debugging.
IRIS (Default): Runs IRIS stand alone application.
IRIS Client: Runs IRIS in client mode connecting to a remote proxy server.
IRIS Server: Runs IRIS in server mode waiting for remote proxy connections.
After logging in, if you see an error message (which appears 4 times) "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive A:." Click on "Continue" each time, as this warning has no effect.
The IRIS Window appears.
